The providers used by the configured Entrox deployment and optional connections.
Infrastructure and AI
The deployment’s hosting provider runs the application and database. Cloudflare can provide DNS, email, and backup storage. OpenAI processes the messages and knowledge supplied for configured AI features. Contact support for the hosting region and enabled services.
Channels and payments
Meta processes Messenger and Instagram delivery. QPay processes merchant invoice and payment details in Mongolia. Entrox does not collect card details for QPay payments.
Optional team connections
Google can process sign-in identity and calendar event details. Telegram can receive notification text when enabled. Review destination settings and share only the information your team needs.
