How the product handles workspace data and how to request an export or deletion.
Data used to provide the service
Entrox stores account and workspace details, connected-channel messages, knowledge sources, and business records such as bookings and orders. These are used to deliver the configured messaging and operational workflows.
External services and controls
Connected providers process the data needed for their function. AI requests can include customer messages and relevant business knowledge. Optional integrations can share notification or booking data. See the subprocessors page before enabling a connection.
Exports, deletion, and retention
Workspace owners can request an export or schedule deletion. Workspace deletion has a seven-day cancellation window. Retention jobs follow deployment settings; backups follow the operator’s retention schedule. Contact [email protected] for access, correction, deletion, or deployment-specific questions.
