Reply to messages sent to your Facebook Page from your Entrox workspace.
What you need
A Facebook account with access to the Page, the requested messaging permissions, and any required Meta app approval.
How to connect
Open Settings → Channels and connect Facebook. Select the Page and review the permissions before authorizing.
Delivery rules
Replies are subject to Meta messaging windows and permissions. Entrox records delivery state and lets a person take over.
